Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tulsa South Medical District

Loved the location it's quiet and clean. Front desk staff are kind and helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in town visiting family.

We had a family wedding to attend. We stayed for three nights.This was one of two hotels listed as offering a lower rate to guests. We actually booked through our Bonvoy account because it was cheaper that way. Overall , the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was certainly dated and needs a bit of a remodel . We were very surprised to find out we were not able to stream any shows from our room. Not offered at all. We usually do not use housekeeping but needed to get new towels, so we did not put the do not disturb tag on doorknob and headed out for the day. Upon our return, we did get clean towels. But the conditioner was not refilled, and the bed was unmade. I questioned this at checkout to find out they were bogged down with many people checking out that day. I find this unacceptable. The desk person asked what she could do to make it better. I was not looking for a refund or anything. I just wanted clarification on the matter. I probably would still use Fairfield in the future if needed but I will definitely remember my expectations not being met.

This hotel is very dated. The breakfast was ok - breakfast attendant is grumpy and not to be bothered. We stayed 3 nights and our towels were replenished but beds not made. This hotel is convenient to hospitals and the freeway, but we heard no outside noise. It’s a good value, but do not assume your room has a refrigerator for meds - be sure and request it. There are people who live at this hotel so that made for an interesting dynamic between residents and guests.

Really nice hotel, so glad we could get a room on the Friday of mother’s day weekend. They were so kind and helpful as my brother was in the hospital. All of the staff were super kind and informative on local places to do things and eat at. Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave but that didn’t bother us too much. The bottom of the bathtub was a little slippery so I put a towel down while I showered. Other than that the breakfast was great nothing too special but good food. Didn’t get to try the pool out I think there was a baseball tournament going on so it was packed with young boys and as a mama who had a weekend away from my boy lol I skipped it. But from what we saw it looked nice. Unfortunately their gym was closed for renovations but the drive way to come in worked perfect for a morning walk.

We checked in late on a Sunday night around 10pm. The guy behind desk was on a personal phone call and seemed purturbed that he had to work/check us in. He was not friendly . After that , everything was great. Rooms and breakfasts were great!

Decent rooms. Our room was right over the pool so it was pretty humid and musty in the room. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Being next to the hospital and the freeway, there was actually not much outside noise.

The staff ARE AMAZING. They really made my stay the best. Especially Kenya! The staff make you feel like you are apart of their family and helped with every issue I may have had. I will stay here every time I visit Oklahoma. Rooms are slightly outdated but very clean.

Place is clean but the rooms are a bit on the small side. Edit: came back two weeks later and the breakfast was pretty much gone by 8:45am
